Welcome to Swaasthya Healing. By accessing our website, booking appointments, or using our services (online or offline), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
Swaasthya Healing provides integrated wellness therapies including:
Homeopathy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy
Individual, couple, and adolescent counseling
These services support overall well-being and are not substitutes for emergency medical or psychiatric treatment.
2. Eligibility & Client Responsibility
Clients must be 18 years or older to independently book services. For minors, parental/guardian consent is required.
Clients are expected to provide honest and accurate health-related information.
All treatment recommendations are collaborative and must be applied at the client’s discretion.
3. Confidentiality & Privacy
All personal, medical, and therapy-related data is confidential and protected. Exceptions include:
Legal mandates or court orders
Risk of harm to self or others
Written client consent for information sharing

4. Appointment Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling
Appointments may be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or online.
Cancellations or reschedules must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows may be marked as a missed session and will not be rescheduled.
5. Refund Policy
Once an appointment is booked and paid for, no refunds will be issued. However, we understand that unavoidable situations arise. Therefore:
A one-time reschedule is permitted if requested at least 24 hours before the session.
Further reschedules or cancellations will not be accommodated or refunded.
If a client fails to attend the rescheduled appointment, the session is considered forfeited.
6. Online Sessions & Digital Conduct
Online sessions are held via secure platforms.
Clients agree not to record, screenshot, or distribute session content or therapy materials.
Any misuse, abusive behavior, or breach of confidentiality will result in termination of services.
7. Intellectual Property
All written content, therapeutic resources, and session frameworks shared via the website or in sessions remain the intellectual property of Swaasthya Healing and may not be reused or distributed without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Swaasthya Healing shall not be liable for:
Individual outcomes varying from person to person
Emotional discomfort during deeper therapeutic work (which is a normal part of healing)
Technical disruptions during online sessions
Self-managed decisions made without follow-up consultation
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to discontinue services in the event of:
Non-cooperation or misconduct
Violation of boundaries
Clinical judgment that alternative treatment is required
10. Updates to Terms
Terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of our services implies agreement with the latest version.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed under the laws of India. Any legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
